All videos and content submitted to challenges must be your own original work. By submitting content, you grant 7SECONDS a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform and in brand campaign materials, as communicated at the time of each challenge. You retain ownership of your content. You must not submit content that is violent, discriminatory, sexually explicit, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.

All platform elements - including the 7SECONDS name, logo, design, and technology - are the property of 7SECONDS and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
