1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the 7SECONDS platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use 7SECONDS. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent to use the platform.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. Content You Submit
All videos and content submitted to challenges must be your own original work. By submitting content, you grant 7SECONDS a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform and in brand campaign materials, as communicated at the time of each challenge. You retain ownership of your content. You must not submit content that is violent, discriminatory, sexually explicit, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform elements - including the 7SECONDS name, logo, design, and technology - are the property of 7SECONDS and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
